Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival & Orientation
• Arrive via Kigoma and transfer by boat to Gombe National Park.
• Check-in at lodge or campsite.
• Orientation and briefing on chimpanzee tracking rules. -
Day 2 – Chimpanzee Tracking
• Early morning guided trek to track and observe chimpanzees in the wild.
• Learn about their behavior, social structures, and conservation efforts.
• Optional afternoon hike to scenic viewpoints overlooking Lake Tanganyika. -
Day 3 – Nature Walks & Birdwatching
• Depart from Arusha town and drive to Arusha National Park (approx. 1 hour).
• Begin a morning game drive through the park’s diverse landscapes.
• Spot wildlife such as giraffes, zebras, waterbucks, and buffalo. -
Day 4 – Departure
• Morning boat transfer back to Kigoma.
• Continue onward travel or return to Dar es Salaam.
