Selous Game Reserve, one of the largest protected wildlife areas in Africa, offers an authentic safari experience far from the crowds. Its scenic landscapes include the Rufiji River, open savannahs, and dense miombo woodlands. Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival & Relaxation
• Arrive at Selous via Dar es Salaam or fly directly to the airstrip.
• Transfer to lodge or camp.
• Afternoon orientation and short sundowner drive. -
Day 2 – Game Drives & Wildlife Spotting
• Morning game drive at sunrise to spot elephants, lions, giraffes, and antelopes.
• Midday rest at the lodge or bush camp.
• Afternoon game drive or walking safari with a professional guide. -
Day 3 – Rufiji River Safari
• Morning boat safari along the Rufiji River to see hippos, crocodiles, and water birds.
• Picnic lunch by the river.
• Optional evening game drive for nocturnal wildlife sightings. -
Day 4 – Cultural Visit & Departure
• Optional visit to nearby local villages to experience Maasai or other local cultures.
• Transfer to airstrip for onward travel or return to Dar es Salaam.
